Hi! I’m Pere Rius, an artist who expresses himself through painting and collage. Since I was a child, art has been a part of my life. It has been a personal journey that has led me to explore different creative projects throughout the years.

Now I feel the need to share my art, to show you my personal vision of reality and to offer you the opportunity to connect with it. I want to fill your daily life with art, beauty, and inspiration through my artworks.

I live with my family in Reus, a charming city surrounded by fields, located between the sea and the mountains. Nature is my main source of inspiration: its forms, its textures... I believe that art is a unique way to express feelings and ideas, going beyond words. It has the power to change the way we see the world and to enrich our lives.

In my studio, I play with different techniques and processes to create artworks; I am passionate about painting, collage, cyanotype, and papier-mâché. I create original and unique works on various supports such as wood, paper, or canvas, but I also enjoy working digitally to produce the printed artworks you will find on this website.

My digital creative process begins with strokes, stains, and textures made with ink, pencil, or paint on watercolor paper. Then I scan these creations in high resolution to work on them digitally.

I want my work to be both high-quality and sustainable. That is why I have chosen to work with paper from responsibly managed forests. With print-on-demand, we minimize waste and reduce the carbon footprint.
