Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Once you have received your order, if the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, you have 30 days to initiate a return.

Procedure for processing a return

As a customer you have to contact us directly via the contact form to request a return. You will need to provide your name, order number and specify which artwork you would like to return. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of framed paper prints.

Once your return request has been approved, we will email you with the address to send the order to. It is important that you return the order in good condition and in its original packaging. You have 14 calendar days from the date we send you the confirmation email to return the product and you are responsible for the condition of the product once you have received it and during the return process. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Refunds

We will credit the amount to be refunded to the original payment method of the order once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account due to bank processing times.

Eligibility for returns 

Items are eligible for return if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or artwork for any reason. No specific conditions or criteria other than customer dissatisfaction are required.

Non-acceptance of returns 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition. After this period no returns will be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of framed paper prints.

Damaged or defective items

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with both the quality of our products and the artwork itself. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order using  the contact form. We will be happy to replace the damaged item free of charge after checking the damage with several photos.
