Damaged or Defective Items:

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with both the quality of our products and the artwork itself. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase or if the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order through the contact form. We will gladly provide a refund for the purchase price (excluding shipping costs if applicable) or replace the damaged item free of charge upon verification of the damage with a photo.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account due to processing times by the bank.

Non-Acceptance of Returns or Exchanges:

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 30 days of receiving the order, provided the item is in its original condition. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after this period.

We also do not accept the return and/or exchange of any customized product.
