Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Once you have received your order, if the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, you have 7 days to initiate a return.

Procedure for processing a return

As a customer you have to contact us directly via the contact form to request a return. You will need to provide your name, order number and specify which artwork you would like to return. Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of framed paper prints or products purchased on sale (discount codes not included).

Once your return request has been approved, we will email you with the address to send the order to. It is important that you return the order in good condition and in its original packaging. You have 14 calendar days from the date we send you the confirmation email to return the product and you are responsible for the condition of the product once you have received it and during the return process. You are responsible for the cost of returning the product.

Refunds

We will refund the amount to be reimbursed using the original payment method for the order once we have received and inspected the returned item. The full cost will be refunded, except for shipping costs.

Please note that it may take several working days for the refund to appear in your account due to processing times by the bank.

Eligibility for returns 

Items are eligible for return if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or artwork for any reason. No specific conditions or criteria other than customer dissatisfaction are required.

Non-acceptance of returns 

Returns are accepted within 7 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition. After this period no returns will be accepted.

Items returned without a return request will not be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

We strive to achieve 100% customer satisfaction with both the quality of our products and the artwork itself.

If you receive a damaged item, please inform the delivery person immediately. It is also important that you notify me via the contact form within 24 hours of receipt. Do not forget to attach several photographs clearly showing the damage, both to the item and to the packaging.

Once we have checked the damage, we will arrange for the return of the artwork. If it is a printed work, we will send you a new one at no additional cost. In the event that it is an original work of art, as it is a unique piece, we will proceed to issue you with a refund.
