Refunds and Returns Policy


We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Once you have received your order, if the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, you have 30 days to initiate a return.

Procedure for processing a return

As a customer you have to contact us directly via the contact form to request a return. You will need to provide your name, order number and specify which artwork you would like to return. 

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive a return label which you can print out and attach to your parcel. It is important that you return the order in good condition and in its original packaging. The return costs will be deducted from the refund.

Refund policy

We will credit the amount to be refunded to the original payment method of the order once we have received and inspected the returned item. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account due to bank processing times.

We will provide shipping service, but the return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Eligibility for returns 

Items are eligible for return if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality or artwork for any reason. No specific conditions or criteria other than customer dissatisfaction are required.

Non-acceptance of returns 

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the order, provided that the product is in its original condition. After this period no returns will be accepted.

Damaged or defective items

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction with both the quality of our products and the artwork itself. If the item arrives damaged, please contact us within 4 days of receipt of your order via the contact form. We will be happy to replace the damaged item free of charge after checking the damage with one or more photos.
