What products can I find on this website?
At Pere Rius Art, you can find original artworks and prints on paper and canvas.
How are these artworks printed?
The art prints are printed on high-quality 200 gsm smooth paper with a soft finish. Pigmented inks are used. The printing method used is giclée, which offers the best results in high quality and durability.
The canvas prints are printed on a 400 gsm artist-grade cotton canvas with a fine texture that reproduces the details of the images with exceptional clarity and detail. The printing method used is also giclée.
Are canvas prints always framed?
Yes, canvas prints are always framed with a high-quality 5 cm deep frame. This frame is approximately 5 mm from the edge of the canvas, which helps to create a floating effect.
What are the shipping types and delivery times for an order?
I offer free standard shipping on all orders.
Original small-format artworks are sent with a tracking number, and the delivery time is between 3-5 days.
For sustainability reasons, I print the artworks on demand, meaning I don't keep stock on hand. The printing centers handle the production, and the delivery time is variable.
Once produced, orders are delivered within 3-7 days depending on the destination. In some areas, such as islands, the delivery time may be longer.

Where do you ship orders?
We currently ship orders free of charge to the following countries:

Belgium
Finland
France
Germany
Greece
Italy (cannot ship to Sondrio)
Luxembourg
Netherlands
Portugal
Slovakia
Slovenia
Spain (cannot ship to Ceuta, Melilla or Canary Islands)

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept the most common credit cards such as VISA or Mastercard. You can also pay via Klarna.
How can I track the status of my order?
When you place your order you will receive an email with the link and tracking number to track your shipment.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Once an order is placed, original artworks enter the shipping process, and orders for printed works are automatically sent to the nearest production center. For these reasons, it will not be possible to modify or cancel them.
However, remember that if, once you have received the order, the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, you have 7 days to initiate a return.
If I buy an art print with a frame, how will they arrive?
If you buy a paper print with a frame, you will receive one package with the print mounted in the frame, as the framing service is included, and it will be ready to hang.
All canvas prints are delivered with the frame included.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, you have 7 days to initiate a return. I will refund the full cost, excluding shipping expenses. I explain the procedure in more detail here: Returns and Refunds Policy.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged item, please inform the delivery person at the time of delivery. Additionally, it is important that you notify me through the contact form within a maximum of 24 hours of receipt. Do not forget to attach several photographs clearly showing the damage to both the item and the packaging.
Once we have verified the damage, we will manage the return of the artwork. If it is a printed work, we will send you a new one at no additional cost. If it is an original artwork, as it is a unique piece, we will proceed with the corresponding refund.
How should I care for and maintain my artwork?
Although all artworks are made with high-quality materials, I recommend framing them to protect them from accidental damage, such as water splashes. Also, keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and avoid touching the surface to maintain their longevity.
What is the policy on copyright and intellectual property?
All artworks are the property of Pere Rius Art and cannot be used for promotional purposes or any other purpose without my written authorization.
