How are these art prints printed?
These original art prints are printed on high-quality 200 gsm plain paper with a smooth finish. Pigmented inks are used. The printing method used is glicée, which gives the best quality and durable results.
What are the types of shipping and delivery times for an order?
For reasons of sustainability I print to order, i.e. I do not have stock on hand. Production is handled by the printing centres, and the delivery time is variable.
I offer free standard shipping on orders.
Orders are delivered within 5 to 15 working days, depending on the destination. Delivery details will be provided in the confirmation email.
Where do you ship orders?
For logistical reasons we are currently only able to ship to the following countries:
Spain (we cannot ship to Ceuta, Melilla, Canary Islands nor Balearic Islands)
Portugal (we cannot ship to Azores nor Madeira)
France (we cannot ship to Corsica)
Italy (we cannot ship to Cagliari, Sassari, Nuoro, Oristano, Palermo, Agrigento, Caltanissetta, Catania, Enna, Messina, Ragusa, Siracusa nor Trapani)

What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept PayPal and the most common credit cards such as VISA or Mastercard. You can also pay via Klarna.
How can I track the status of my order?
When you place your order you will receive an email with the link and tracking number to track your shipment.
Can I cancel or modify my order after I have placed it?
No. Once you have placed your order it is automatically sent to the nearest production center and it will not be possible to modify or cancel it. However, remember that if, once you have received your order, the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, you have 30 days to initiate a return.
If I buy a print with a frame, how will they arrive?
If you buy a framed print, you will receive a package with the print mounted in the frame, as the framing service is included, and ready to hang.
Do you offer gift wrapping or personalized messages on orders?
Not currently, but we are continually working to improve our services to our customers.
Can I return or exchange an item if I change my mind?
Yes, I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If the product does not meet your expectations in terms of quality or suitability, I allow 30 days to initiate a return. I will refund you the full cost, except for shipping costs. I explain the procedure in more detail here, Refunds and returns policy.
What do I do if I receive a damaged item?
Please notify me via the contact form within 4 days of receiving your order and include some pictures of the damage. I will send you a new one free of charge.
How do I have to care for and maintain my artwork?
Although the prints are made with quality paper, I recommend framing them to protect them from accidental damage such as water splashes. Also, keep them away from direct sunlight to prevent fading and avoid touching the surface to maintain its longevity.
What is the copyright and intellectual property policy?
All artwork is the property of Pere Rius Art and may not be used for promotional or other purposes without my written permission.
